Full instruction is provided. \nAfter baking we can paint the tree with one of the special rustic pottery glazes or you can paint it yourself. Crafty Pots will lend out all sales on Friday March 8 to Kiva to fund loans for women\nhttps://www.kiva.org/lend/international-womens-day \nKiva is what’s called a micro-lender\, making loans available to underserved communities throughout the world. It’s very difficult for poor people to get loans through the normal banks\, so Kiva crowdfunds loans which over the years has made it possible for many millions of people to improve their lives\, for example to start a small business\, get education for their children or in many other ways.\nEach participant chips in $25 to the loan\, and when the lender repays it you get the money back and can then re-lend it. \nI’ve personally been with Kiva since 2007 and in that time have contributed to over 4500 loans.
