After the party we’ll bake the painted items to make the pint super glossy and durable. They are ready after 5-7 days and we’ll call you when they are ready for pickup. A Thank You card is included with each finished item.

In most cases the host picks up all items and distributes them, but if you let us know we can accommodate individual pickup. Any items not picked up after 3 weeks must be picked up by the host.

What’s included?

One item for each painter from the Silver selection, all supplies, glazing and baking.

Painters aged 6 and up can choose freely from 15 popular colours. Younger painters paint with 6 preselected rainbow colours.

2 hours in the party room with unlimited use of the selfie photo booth. The tables are covered in white paper and there is a separate table for food and presents, but plates, napkins, cutlery etc. are not included.

A dedicated staff member for the painting part of the party.

As many Invitation cards as you need. Thank You cards will be included with the finished items.

A special VIP family pass good for 10% discount on ceramics for four people, valid for six months from the date of the party.

Can I bring food?

Pizza, fruit trays, cupcakes, chips or similar, drinks and cake are welcome.

If any meat except pepperoni, is brought in such as wings, shrimps, sandwiches, catered food etc. you must take all garbage home with you. We cannot store garbage containing meat for health reasons.

We request that no nut products be brought in but cannot guarantee to be nut free. 

What are the terms

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is necessary to secure the time and date. The deposit is applied to the final bill, which is due at the end of the party.

Host must pay entire bill, guests cannot pay individually. If the party is cancelled, the deposit will be converted to store credit.

The minimum charge is for 8 painters. If you have fewer participants you may take ceramic items home, equal to the unused party price, and bring them back to paint another day at no charge.

Noisemakers, chewing gum, silly string etc. cannot be handed out in loot bags or used during the party.

Generally, the painters and attending parents have to remain in the party room for the duration of the party, and all children attending must paint.

Which times can be booked?

Weekend parties starts at 11am, 2pm or 5pm. On weekdays you may choose any start time.

On weekends it’s possible to start earlier than 11am if desired. This does not change the duration.

Is 2 hours enough time?

Yes, 2 hours is usually plenty. With young painters, the painting will take about an hour as they paint fairly quickly.

The rest of the time can be used for taking selfies with the photo booth, cake, singing and presents.

Will someone help me?

Yes, a dedicated staff member will help you make this a great and stress free party.

The staff member will help with the painting part of the party, and you’re in charge of the “party” part of the party.

The staff member is not licensed to serve food so they can not help with that. Of course we take care of the cleanup!
