Overview
You’ll have exclusive use of the separate party room for the two hour duration of the party. The room seats up to 18 participants for most activities, and it’s possible to rent the full studio (both the party room and the main craft area) for seating up to 60. More details below.
Each package has a fixed price which includes the first 10 participants, and additional participants are charged extra.
A dedicated party leader will make sure your party is stress free and goes off without a hitch! The creative activity usually takes the first hour and you have the rest of the time for food, singing and more. There’s even a photobooth!
We take care of the cleanup, and foods like pizza, cake, cupcakes, chips, juice boxes, fruit trays is fine, but ask first before bring any other kinds of food. More food details further down.
What’s included?
Two hours of exclusive use of the separate party room and a dedicated party leader to help with the activity part of the party.
White paper on the tables and a separate table for food and presents. You're welcome to come 15 minutes early to decorate the room is desired.
Plates, napkins, cutlery etc. are not included, but if you run short we can supply a few extra. We have a cake knife and lighter that you're welcome to borrow.
The kids have unlimited use of the selfie photo booth, feel free to bring props and a USB stick to store the images afterwards.

After the party we can give you Thank You cards to hand out and you get a special VIP family pass good for 10% discount on any activity for four people, valid for six months from the date of the party.
Drop off or stay?
For party room parties, we expect the party guests to be dropped off except for Toddler parties. The birthday child can have up to three attending adults stay. We know that some parents will choose to stay but you should not plan or intend a party room party as a get together opportunity for adults.
If a party room party has more than 8 adults staying we reserve the right to charge $20 per adults after the first 8. For toddler parties, one parent per child regardless of party size is ok.
The party room can seat 15-18 participants depending on the party type, assuming few attending adults. For large parties where you'd like the parents to stay, we can do full studio parties in the morning where you get both the party room and main craft room all to yourself for up to 60 kids and adults. More about this option further down.
What are the terms?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is necessary to secure the time and date. The deposit is applied to the final bill, which is due at the end of the party. Host must pay entire bill, guests cannot pay individually.
If the party is cancelled with at least a weeks notice, the deposit will be converted to store credit that must be used within 30 days of the original party date. If canceled with less than a weeks notice, the deposit is forfeit. Rescheduling and then canceling forfeits the deposit.
The package price includes the first 10 participants, additional participants charged at the listed rate. All children present at the party must participate, infants excepted of course.
The price is the same with fewer participants but attending adults can participate if necessary. Unfortunately it's not possible to get credit for fewer participants or take unused material home for later painting. All party activity must be finished the same day.
Noisemakers, chewing gum, silly string etc. cannot be handed out in loot bags or used during the party.
Generally, the painters and attending parents have to remain in the party room for the duration of the party.
Tipping is optional, but if you had a great party please tip your host directly.
Can I bring food?
Yes, we permit CERTAIN kinds of foods. Pizza (cheese or pepperoni), snacks (fruit tray, cupcakes, chips or similar), drinks and of course cake (both regular and ice cream) are welcome. If the food is not on the list, we're not ok with it. Unfortunately we don't have a fridge, sorry.
You cannot bring food like meat-heavy pizza, burgers, wings, chicken nuggets, shrimps, sandwiches, catered food, sushi etc. because we cannot store garbage containing meat (pepperoni excepted) or things that will spoil and smell for health reasons.
Sorry, no, you cannot get around this by offering to take the garbage home. Twice someone did this, tossed the bags by the roadside, and city officials traced them back to us.
We request that no nut products be brought in but cannot guarantee to be nut free.
Which times can be booked?
Saturday party timeslots are 11 am - 1 pm, 2 - 4 pm or 5 - 7 pm.
Sunday party timeslots are 11 am - 1 pm or 2 - 4 pm. There is no 5 pm timeslot on Sunday, sorry.
Weekday parties are not possible at this time due to staffing limitations.
On weekends it’s possible to start earlier than 11 am if desired. This does not change the 2 hour duration.
Is 2 hours enough time?
Yes, 2 hours is enough. The activity usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes.
The rest of the time can be used for taking selfies with the photo booth, cake, singing and presents.
Generally, if participants come late they'll have less time for the creative activity, but we will unfortunately still have to charge for late participants. For ceramics parties, we MAY be able to move late comers to the main craft room after the party ends to continue for up to 15 minutes. This is not feasible for other party types, sorry.
Can I book the full studio for a large party?
Yes, for a fantastic experience for a large group you can book the full studio, meaning the main craft room plus the party room for 2 hours with seating for around 60 people.
The charge is the normal package price plus a full studio fee of $450 plus tax The first 20 participants are included at no extra charge. If more than 20 kids present, there is an additional charge of $32 plus tax per child.
If fewer than 20 kids are present, some adults can participate to make up, but all activity has to be finished at the end of the party. It's not possible to take items home and bring them back.
Two adults are permitted per child present so you can have a great get-together.
The door will be closed to other painters so your guests have exclusive use for the duration, but we will allow other people to come in to pick up their finished pieces.
The full studio option is only available for the Saturday and Sunday 11 am or earlier time slot. We do not do mid-day full studio parties, sorry.
