Chair Yoga and Board Art

Join us Saturday March 2, 7-10pm. for our first ever yoga event! Christina Maria Yoga will be here to lead us through a chair yoga session, followed by meditation. We’ll learn techniques that we can use everyday, which will be especially beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting in class or office! After our yoga session we will do board art, lovely wooden signs with yoga themes that you can take home the same day! It will be a fun and relaxing night!

The price for the whole event is $45 pp. plus tax. Make sure you call ahead of time to secure your spot, as well as let us know which design you would like, as we only have limited space. Choose your favourite design from the image below!
