How it works: Camps and events
Make new friends, have fun and learn crafts
Summer camps are held throughout the summer break. They are either 4 or 5 weekdays long, starting at 9 am and ending 12 pm. The activities are similar for each week(pottery painting, glow in the dark painting, slime making, clay hand building and wheel throwing) but the projects are different for each camp week so the fun is the same.
Signup is for the whole week, doing individual days is not possible, sorry
The projects are gender neutral, and we accept campers aged 6-13 years old. 5 year olds are accepted with an older sibling.
Parents Night Out is a monthly drop-off event that’ll give YOU three hours off on a Friday night! Just tell the kids that you and your partner are going OUT for dinner on a Friday night and THEY are going to Crafty Pots, they’ll love it.
The event is generally on the third Friday of the month, and runs from 6 pm to 9 pm. The kids are fully supervised in the separate party room where they’ll have fun doing one or two art projects. We serve 2 slices of pizza and a juice box and price is normally $40 plus tax per child. Signups will be through the event pages.

If you cancel with 21 or fewer full days to go before the camp starts, the payment becomes store credit that must be used within 30 days of the last day of the camp.
If you cancel with more than 21 full days to go before the camp starts then we can refund the full payment.
Please select the week(s) you want to book and add to the cart and checkout. Please enter the names and ages of the children in the order notes.
There are 15 spots in the summer camps. The children will sit at four person tables and we’ll be happy to seat friends or siblings together.
Generally no. You’re paying for us to look after and entertain the children from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
If you’re late you must let us know, and be prepared for a charge because after the camp the staff members have other tasks, they may be due for break or they may be leaving, they cannot watch one child.
Things happen, we know that, but if early drop of or late pick up happens more than once we reserve the right to charge you a dollar per minute.
No charge for the first time, but the second time we may at our discretion charge for both first and second time.
You will receive a store credit of $20 for each booked day that the child does not attend. The store credit can be used for any in-store activity, and is valid for 30 days after the missed day.
Each artist should bring their own snack, which must be nut-free, to eat during the break, but we cannot guarantee to be nut-free. All materials are non-toxic and safe to use, there is no gluten, nuts etc. in any of the materials.
