Cancellation and rescheduling policy

More than seven full days remain before class time: The payment can be refunded if the booking was not previously rescheduled. That means you cannot reschedule and then cancel. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking, payment is lost if you can’t attend the rescheduled class

More than three full days remain before class time: The payment can be fully converted to store credit valid for another pottery wheel class within 30 days from the date of the class.

Less than three full days remain before class time: Half of the payment can be converted to store credit valid for another pottery wheel class within 30 days from the date of the class, the other half is lost.

That means you’ll have to pay half the amount to book another class. The store credit MUST be applied to another pottery class within 30 days from the date of the class.
