Party FAQs

What general information should I know about a party?

A party lasts two hours. The activity generally takes an hour, and the rest of the time is yours for pizza, cake and using the photo booth. You are welcome to come 15 minutes early to decorate.

Plates, napkins and cutlery are not included. We have a cake knife, a lighter and a Bluetooth speaker you can use. The staff member runs the activity and cleans up, but cannot serve food or provide entertainment in the second half.

What times can parties be booked?

Saturday: 11 am to 1 pm, 2 to 4 pm or 5 to 7 pm. Sunday: 11 am to 1 pm or 2 to 4 pm. Full studio parties are only available in the 11 am time slots. Weekday parties are not possible at this time.

What food can we bring?

Cheese or pepperoni pizza, snacks, drinks and cake are welcome. Other food, such as burgers, wings, sandwiches or catered food, is not allowed. We do not have a fridge. Please don’t bring any nut products.

Can parents stay during the party?

Up to three adults can stay with the birthday child. Other guests are dropped off. For toddler parties, one parent per child is expected. The party room seats 15 to 18 participants. If more than 8 adults stay, we may charge $20 per extra adult.

Planning a larger party? Book the full studio!

Book the main craft room plus the party room for two hours. You’ll pay the package price plus a full studio fee of $450 plus tax. The fee includes 10 more participants. Seating capacity is about 60.

Booking, payment and cancellation terms

A non-refundable $50 deposit secures the date and is applied to the final bill, due at the end of the party.
To cancel with at least one week’s notice, the deposit becomes store credit, valid for 30 days. With less than a week notice, the deposit is forfeit.
